Preparation

Conventional Oven - From thawed. Preheat oven to 375F. Remove from bag and place in shallow backing pan. Bake 25 minutes.

Grill - From thawed. Over medium heat, place duck skin side down on rack and heat 10 minutes. Turn duck over and heat for an additional 5-10 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
