These High Choice steaks are Midwestern, Grain fed, Black Angus. They are  Center Cut,  and aged 21-28 days making them very tender.  As you can see in the 2nd picture these are well marbled steaks.  The Marbling melts into the steak making them very tender and flavorful.  A great steak for the grill. These are vacuum sealed and can be thawed in cold water in about 15 minutes. No more forgetting to take something out for dinner in the morning or stopping at the market on your way home.  From the freezer to the grill in about 15 minutes.

Preparation

Defrost then broil or BBQ approx 10 minutes for rare, 12 minutes for medium and 14 minutes for well, turning once. Can also be cooked from frozen extending the cooking times.
