Shredded cooked chicken breast meat, blended with smokey fajita seasonings, hand-rolled in a corn tortilla, topped with a creamy cheese chili sauce and shredded Cheddar and Monterey Jack cheeses. Just the right amount of spices. Mild enough for the entire family while at the same time satisfying those authentic Tex-Mex cravings!

Preparation

DO NOT THAW
Microwave for 30 second to help remove plastic wrap.

Microwave: Remove plastic wrap and place frozen enchilada on microwave safe dish. Microwave on high for 3.5 - 4.5 minutes. Allow enchilada to set for 1 minutes prior to serving.

Oven: Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Remove frozen enchiladas from wrapping materials. Place in a baking dish and cover with aluminum foil for best results. Do not stack or overlap enchiladas. Bake for 40-45 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 160 degrees.
