Preparation

Baking: Season fish, brush with butter or your favorite seasoning and cook in preheated oven at 350F degrees for approximately 20 minutes. Fish should flake when done.

Broiling: Surface of fish should be 3 to 4 inches from source of heat. Preheat broiler. Broil 10 to 12 minutes.

Griling: Use of grill pan or wrapping the fish in foil is recommended.
